Stop finding out about demurrage from the invoice.
Trackonia watches every container you have, on every shipping line, every hour it sits in a port. You get a WhatsApp alert before free time runs out, and a time-stamped record to dispute the charges. Free for up to 25 containers a month.
No card. Send a container number, a B/L number or a photo of the B/L.
24 hours of free time left at Jebel Ali. Charges from Sunday 08:00.08:00
Free time runs out while you're checking websites.
The money isn't lost at sea. It's lost in the hours nobody is watching.
Your box lands in Jebel Ali on a Thursday. The free time is about 3 days. The carrier's page says "discharged", but nobody tells you, because you didn't book the freight, or because you have 40 boxes on 6 lines and one person checking them.
You find out 2 weeks later, from the invoice.
That's how a first-time importer on Reddit ended up paying "roughly 5000$ in container charges". It's also how UAE consignees got caught when their boxes were diverted to Khor Fakkan or Fujairah. One carrier treated the B/L as delivered there, then charged USD 1,000 a dry box to truck it onward, plus USD 800 to drop the empty.
Send a number. We take it from there.
Send your container or B/L number.
Type it, upload your Excel list, or send it on WhatsApp. You can also send a photo of the B/L, and we'll ask you to confirm what we read.
We follow the box door to door,
through every vessel change and transshipment, on any line.
We check it every hour it sits in a port,
from the first hour it arrives until it's loaded or gated out. There's no 3-day grace period on our side.
You get a WhatsApp alert before it costs you:
- at discharge
- when the box is available
- 24 hours before free time ends
- 12 hours before
- the morning of the last free day
- when charges start
Built around the money, not the map.
Free-time clock.
Every box shows how much free time is left and what's at risk if it runs out. Your team sees which boxes need action today.
Evidence log.
Trackonia keeps a time-stamped record of every event: availability, holds, a refused empty return, a reroute, a "B/L accomplished" notice. When a charge is wrong, you have the dates.
Invoice check and dispute letter.
We compare each demurrage and detention invoice against the box's real timeline and the tariff. Then we write a ready-to-send dispute letter in English or Arabic, with the evidence attached. (Paid plans.)
Schedules and cut-offs for exporters.
Sailings for every line on your lane, plus cargo, document and VGM cut-offs and stack-open dates. If any of them moves by 2 hours or more, you get an alert. A missed cut-off means a rolled box and a lost sale.
Every line, every port.
One screen for all your carriers, including transshipment hubs outside the UAE. No more one person per carrier website.
Arabic and English.
Every screen, alert and letter, from day one.

Why Trackonia
On your side of the invoice.
Carrier portals are free, but they show one line at a time, and only to whoever booked the freight. Some carriers even say their own reefer data shouldn't be used as proof. A carrier can't help you dispute its own invoice.
Trackonia works for the trader. We show you what the carrier says, what the ship is actually doing, and when the two don't match. When we're making an educated guess, we label it as one. When a carrier's site is down or blocking us, we tell you that too.
Who built it
Built by a fruit importer who got tired of paying for it.
Trackonia comes from Abuseedo, a family business that has imported fresh fruit and food into the UAE for years. We've tracked our own containers in-house for 14 years, on an average day about 1,500 of them. We built Trackonia for our own boxes first, and we're opening it to every trader.
Who it's for
- Importerswho want to know before charges start.
- Exporterswho need sailings, cut-offs and stack dates in one place.
- Forwarderswho are tired of the "where's my box?" calls and want to send clients their own tracking page.
- Finance teamswho want the charges, dates and evidence for each box in their accounting system (Zoho Books first).

Questions people ask
Is the data accurate?
We read the carrier's own tracking, port and terminal pages, and ship positions. The carrier's own status is always shown. When Trackonia infers something, for example that a box came off its ship at a hub, it's labelled as an inference with a confidence level.
Do I have to give you my carrier logins?
No. A container or B/L number is enough.
I didn't book the freight. Can I still track?
Yes. That's exactly who Trackonia is for.
Which lines and ports do you cover?
All the main lines. Our coverage page shows, line by line, what's fully tested and what isn't yet.
Why is it free?
Twenty-five containers a month cover most small traders. The paid plans are for teams and forwarders who need more. You won't be asked for a card.
What about my data?
Your container list is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with carriers or other customers.
Do you have a tracker device?
Yes, it's coming next. We're working on a low-cost Trackonia tracker for GPS, plus temperature for fruit. It will show "what the carrier says" next to "what your own tracker says".
Your next container is already on the water.
Send us its number. If it's sitting in a port, we'll start watching it within the hour.
